Years ago, while living and working in Los Angeles, I had the unique opportunity to produce and direct commercials featuring Hollywood A-list celebrities and countless voice-over actors.

It was during this time that I realized much of what we see on TV isn't truly real—many so-called "reality" shows are scripted. And when it comes to celebrities, I learned that "the bigger you are, the nicer you are." Being kind really does pay off.
